Tech2Scale coaching program supports the growth of technology startups in South Karelia

In spring 2026, the Tech2Scale project will launch the Tech2Scale coaching program for technology startups and teams, with the aim of strengthening the scalable growth and investor readiness of companies. The coaching is part of a development project implemented by LAB University of Applied Sciences and responds to the identified need in South Karelia to support the commercialization and growth paths of technology-based companies.

The coaching program progresses through five themed modules and provides participants with concrete tools for developing market and customer understanding, business models, growth, legal matters, and financing and ownership structures. The program is aimed at early-stage technology teams and start-ups with potential for international growth.

Tech2Scale – a scalable growth coaching program for technology startups – strengthens innovation activities in South Karelia and supports the objectives of the Lappeenranta–Imatra ecosystem agreement, particularly in terms of developing conditions for startup growth, business impact, and cooperation networks.
