Back to Business!

Autumn has arrived at the Skinnarila campus, and it's time to get back to work! A sure sign of autumn is the arrival of enthusiastic new students, and this autumn is no exception, with a huge number of new students arriving on campus! We also got new enthusiasm and expertise for the Business Mill team, and we welcome our newest addition, Mikko Toiviainen! Mikko is especially responsible for new student-driven business ideas and helping them towards successful business operations. Mikko's strength lies particularly in developing customer experience, where he is happy to help both new and existing companies.

Mikko brings with him extensive experience in developing companies and organizations. He knows that lasting success can only be achieved through genuinely customer-centric operations. As a sparring partner, he dares to ask direct questions and challenge familiar ways of working – whether it's customer interface encounters or building a new strategy. Discussions with him are relaxed, open, and always results-oriented.
